- You can cancel your order online within 24 hours to get a 100% refund (Domestic Customers). But order cannot be cancelled once the item has been despatched. For International customers, transaction charges are applicable as per the payment gateway or bank or service provider norms.

Your order cancellation process will take 1-2 business days and 3-5 days to initiate a refund. You will be getting a notification by email.
Refund
All Refunds shall be done through Bank deposits only to a Nationalised (Indian based) Bank account, irrespective of payment being made within India or Outside India/CCavenue Payment Gateway/Paypal.
Damages & Claims:

As we have a very good track record of delivering the goods, adhering with safety procedures that is applicable in India. For damages occurred during transit and damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. The company cannot be held responsible for the damages. No refunds will be issued under such criteria .
Non Entertainment of Returns:
Omsakthi shop warehouses and stocks its products and manufactures certain products and so it cannot entertain returns as offered in other e-commerce portals, though replacements are accepted.
